We’ll work with you to understand the property, your plans and the type of tenancy you’re looking for. From there, we manage the process from start to finish — preparing the home, marketing it properly, finding and vetting tenants, putting the tenancy in place and looking after the property throughout.
Our approach is hands-on, responsive and personal. You’ll know who is looking after your home, and we’ll keep you informed without creating unnecessary noise.
Leasing:
Finding the right tenant matters more than simply filling a property.
We handle the marketing, enquiries, private viewings, applications, reference checks and lease negotiations, with a focus on finding a tenant who is genuinely well suited to the home.
We also work with our existing network of tenants, relocation contacts and private enquiries, meaning some properties can be matched without being widely advertised.
Property Management:
Once the tenancy is underway, we remain closely involved.
We manage rent, inspections, maintenance, owner and tenant communication, renewals and everything else that comes with looking after the property properly.
For higher-value homes, there are often more moving parts — gardens, pools, specialist systems, furnishings and ongoing maintenance. We coordinate these as part of the wider management of the home, rather than leaving the owner to piece everything together.
Not every property needs the same approach. We manage traditional long-term tenancies as well as furnished and mid-term arrangements, and can tailor the level of involvement depending on the property and your plans.
