Not every property needs to be turned over every few months. Where flexibility isn’t the priority, we’ll often recommend a long-term tenancy. It means less change for the owner, more certainty for the tenant and better continuity around the home itself. The important part is getting the property, tenant and tenancy right from the beginning.
